BCE staff has been involved in planning, design, and project management of various hospitality and housing projects. These involve new facilities, as well as upgrades and renovations. Among these are also new LEED certified facilities, and sustainability and energy upgrades of existing.

Projects are performed for the government and private commercial clients. Many projects involve auxiliary facilities, such as conference rooms, swimming pools, restaurants, coffee shops, gymnasiums, and exercise rooms, etc. The design is in accordance with the current national and local building code and other relevant requirements. BCE staff also procures building permits, provides quality assurance, and construction management and administration services.
