BCE performed Due Diligence Review to assist the Client in their objective to purchase an office building. BCE staff performed a physical inspection, collected and analyzed samples of the materials utilized in the building to assess their environmental impacts as a part of the Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) Study. A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment and Report were also performed by BCE for this project. BCE had professionals of various disciplines: architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, and environmental, review the facility and provide their comments as they related to potential code and life/safety violations, maintenance issues, operational problems, compliance with ADA, drainage problems, energy use reduction, as well as future renovations, and proposed change of use for the facility.
