BCE performed contract management and construction management and inspection services on this project in Hawaii. The Firing Range was a new construction building with approximately 5,600 square feet in area. The building construction included CMU block walls, concrete floors, special drain system, specialized light and ventilation systems requirements, steel baffle shielding plates, and a new steel roof. BCE provided a Construction Inspector to perform the construction inspections, as well as quality control, quality assurance, approval or rejection of material, workmanship, pay requests, monitoring of labor and safety provisions and of other requirements.
